TMEM176B inhibited the proliferation and metastasis of OC cells via the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. A2780 cells were transfected with negative control or TMEM176B overexpresion lentiviruses, and then incubated with LiCl (10 mmol/L) or vehicle (DMSO) for another 24 h. (A-C) Western blotting was used to determine the reversal efficiency of LiCl on the key proteins of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. (D-F) The impact of LiCl on the colony-forming ability.
