Pharmacological doses of Vit-C induce GSH/GSSG imbalance. A and B show the GSH/GSSG ratio analysis by using the GSH/GSSG-Glo™ Assay in MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 spheroids after treatment with five pharmacological doses of Vit-C (1, 5, 10, 15, and 20 mM) for 72 h, respectively. The levels of the statistical significance were determined as follows: **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, ****P < 0.0001, and *P < 0.05, ns, not significant.
