SULT2B1 promotes cell proliferation and migration in CRC cells. A KO-SULT2B1 HT29 cells and OE-SULT2B1 SW480 cells were constructed as described in methods, and efficacies were confirmed by immunoblotting. B Cell viability was detected by MTS assay.
